One of the easiest types of meat to cook is the chicken. Nowadays the possibility of salmonella poisoning is rare. There are so many tasty recipes for chicken and it can be cooked with almost any other ingredient, whether fruit, vegetable, spice or herb.
There are also very few parts of a chicken that cannot be cooked and used for something. It is for this reason that chicken is one of the most financially viable meats and is eaten around the world. Most butchers will remove the head and feet (except in some parts of the world where these are considered to be a delicacy!)
